1. WHAT IS A COOKIE?
A cookie (or galete) is a small text file temporarily or permanently stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you visit a website. It allows the server to remember your browsing preferences, ensure session security, and optimize the overall user experience in perfect correlation with the LQPD directives in Andorra.
2. CATEGORIES OF COOKIES USED ON AIRLIGO
AIRLIGO uses three distinct typologies of cookies on this Website, each fulfilling a specific functional requirement:
- Technical Cookies (Strictly Required): These cookies are essential for the structural operation of the Website and cannot be disabled in our core systems. They handle vital actions such as remembering your language selection (fr, en, ca), managing your privacy preferences, or securing encrypted authentication within your private Client Space (Dashboard). You can configure your browser to block these cookies, but vital parts of the site will cease to function.
- Analytics Cookies (Optional): These cookies allow us to anonymously count visits and analyze traffic sources to measure and improve the performance of our platform. They help us understand which service pages (Climate Engineering, Smart Home, Design Office) are the most or least popular. If you disable these cookies, we will not be able to track when you visited our site.
- Marketing Cookies (Optional): Marketing cookies store information on user behavior through continuous observation of their browsing habits. This enables the development of a specific technical preference profile, making it possible to display tailored case study suggestions, documentations, or editorial content matching your actual engineering needs.
3. MANAGING AND CONFIGURING YOUR PREFERENCES DYNAMICALLY
Because AIRLIGO scrupulously respects your right to confidentiality and privacy, you can choose to block certain types of optional cookies. You can configure or modify your choices at any time by clicking on the fixed protection shield icon (🛡️) located at the bottom-left of your screen. This tailored interface allows you to freely activate or deactivate analytics and marketing cookies. Blocking these components does not affect website access, but it may limit the customization of your user experience.
