Pursuant to Article 6 of Llei 12/2013, de l'13 de juny, que regula el comerç i el comerç electrònic (E-Commerce Act) of the Principality of Andorra, as well as Llei 35/2014, del 27 de novembre, on electronic trust services, users and visitors of the official website accessible at www.airligo.ad (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") are hereby informed of the following legal identification data:
The Website is exclusively edited and operated by AIRLIGO, SAU (hereinafter referred to as "AIRLIGO" or "We"), a commercial company incorporated under Andorran law, duly registered in the Companies Registry of the Principality of Andorra. For any communication, technical, administrative, or official notification regarding the use of this platform, the User can contact our legal and support department directly via the dedicated email address: support@airligo.ad.
The purpose of this Legal Notice is to define the general conditions governing access, browsing, and use of the Website made available to the public, clients, and commercial partners. An "User" (or "Users") is defined as any natural or legal person accessing, browsing, using, or participating in the services, engineering forms, and interactive simulators deployed on the Website.
Accessing, simple browsing, or interacting with AIRLIGO's digital infrastructure implies the express, full, entire, and unreserved acceptance of all provisions included in this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These documents hold binding contractual value.
AIRLIGO strictly reserves the right to modify, adapt, restrict, or remove, unilaterally and without prior notice, the content of these conditions, the logical structures of the Website, or the technical parameters of the simulators. The User is therefore invited to regularly review these legal provisions upon each new connection.
The User formally and under their sole responsibility undertakes to make correct, lawful, morally compliant, and diligent use of the Website, in perfect correlation with current Andorran legislation and public order. The User shall be directly liable to AIRLIGO or third parties for any damages, losses, deviations, or material and immaterial prejudices caused as a result of a breach of this obligation.
The User is formally and expressly prohibited from carrying out the following actions:
The use of certain specific services present on the Website (notably the Pla Renova Simulation forms, Thermal Audit Requests, Smart Home Planning, or Support Ticket Creation) is conditional upon the prior provision of technical and personal data by the User. All information transmitted through these digital infrastructures must be strictly accurate, truthful, authentic, and perfectly up to date.
The User guarantees under their sole criminal and civil liability the veracity of the declared characteristics of their building (current heating system, insulation type, parish of location). The User shall be the sole and exclusive party responsible for false, erroneous, outdated, or inaccurate statements, as well as for all prejudices, delays, or rejections of administrative files (notably with the Ministry of Environment for the Pla Renova) that these false declarations could cause to AIRLIGO or third parties.
Access to the private Client Space (Dashboard) is subject to strict authentication via confidential personal identifiers and passwords. The User formally undertakes to ensure the rigorous custody, absolute confidentiality, and diligent use of these access credentials. It is strictly prohibited to assign, rent, or share access credentials with third parties, whether temporarily, permanently, free of charge, or for a fee.
The User is considered solely responsible for the use of services and intervention requests (SLA support tickets) made within their Client Space by any illegitimate third party using their credentials due to a lack of diligence or loss of the same. The User undertakes to immediately notify AIRLIGO via support@airligo.ad of any fact allowing the improper use of their access, such as theft, loss, or unauthorized access, in order to proceed with their instant cancellation. AIRLIGO is expressly exempted from all liability prior to the said notification.
AIRLIGO undertakes to deploy its best efforts and engineering skills to maintain the continuous availability, logical security, and accuracy of the information on the Website. However, AIRLIGO is completely exempt from all liability in the event of typographical errors, omissions, software anomalies, or technical interruptions beyond its control, or for cases of force majeure.
We reserve the absolute right to interrupt, suspend, or restrict access to the Website or the Client Space at any time and without prior notice, whether for technical, security, control, or preventive server maintenance reasons, or power supply failures. AIRLIGO does not guarantee that the Website, its servers, or its e-mails are completely free of computer viruses or other harmful components transmitted by external third-party attacks.
All technical information, documentation, cost simulations, and financial estimations provided (notably for the Pla Renova or the SLA maintenance fee calculator) are purely indicative and based on the state of knowledge in predictive engineering. They do not under any circumstances constitute a firm contractual commitment, a performance promise, or a definitive validation of legal eligibility. Only an on-site physical study, a real thermal audit, and a formal engineering analysis signed by one of our certified AIRLIGO engineers contractually bind the company.
This Legal Notice, as well as the contractual or pre-contractual relationships between AIRLIGO and the User, are exclusively governed by the laws, regulations, decrees, and scales in force in the Principality of Andorra. In the event of a dispute, contestation, or divergence of interpretation relative to the use of the Website, and after the mandatory failure of any attempt at resolution or amicable conciliation, the Courts of Andorra la Vella shall be the sole and exclusive competent bodies, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or forum that might correspond to the User.
