1. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

In strict compliance with Llei 29/2021, del 28 d'octubre, qualificada de protecció de dades personals (hereinafter referred to as "LQPD") in force in the Principality of Andorra, AIRLIGO, SAU (hereinafter referred to as "AIRLIGO" or "We"), the exclusive owner of the digital platform accessible via the official address www.airligo.ad, acts as the Data Controller for the personal data collected on this Website. 2. NATURE OF DATA COLLECTED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

AIRLIGO applies the data minimization principle dictated by the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA). We only collect and process information strictly necessary for performing predictive thermal studies, modeling automation concepts, or managing client space contracts. The categories of treatments applied include:

• Simulation and Audit Forms (Climate, Smart Home, Design, Pla Renova): Collection of your full name, contact email address, operational telephone number, the specific parish of the project in Andorra (Canillo, Encamp, Ordino, La Massana, Andorra la Vella, Sant Julià de Lòria, Escaldes-Engordany), and the structural or technical characteristics of the building (current heating energy source, type of fluids, insulation, architectural plans). Purpose: Objective evaluation of eligibility for State subsidies, mathematical calculation of energy losses, heat pump (HP) sizing, and establishing bespoke home automation concepts.
• Secure Client Space and Support (Dashboard): Collection of your encrypted access credentials, billing details, residential address, support notes, history of technical incidents, and service requests (support tickets). Purpose: Seamless execution of critical assistance clauses, standardized archiving of on-site support interventions, planning preventive engineering visits, and managing your SLA maintenance contracts (Essential, Premium, VIP).

3. LEGAL BASIS AND RETENTION PERIOD

The processing of personal data by AIRLIGO is legally supported by:

a) The performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures validated by the User (when you request a study, an audit, or create an assistance ticket).
b) Compliance with legal obligations dictated by the Government of Andorra (specifically the official subsidy criteria of the Pla Renova).
c) Your explicit consent, gathered upon submitting our forms or accepting our cookies.

Data from prospects without commercial or contractual follow-up is permanently purged from our secure servers within a maximum period of 24 months. Data belonging to clients under an SLA maintenance contract is retained throughout the duration of the contractual relationship and then archived in accordance with Andorran legal limitation periods.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Your personal data is treated with strict confidentiality and is intended solely for AIRLIGO's certified engineers and technicians. It will under no circumstances be sold, rented, or assigned to third parties for advertising purposes. Your engineering data may be securely transferred to the competent public authorities of Andorra (Ministry of Environment) strictly for processing your Pla Renova subsidy file. No data transfers are carried out outside the Principality of Andorra or the European Economic Area (EEA).

5. EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS (APDA ANDORRA)

In perfect alignment with the provisions of the LQPD, the User has a right of access, rectification, deletion (the right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, opposition, and portability of their personal data. To exercise any of these legal rights, you must send a signed written notification, accompanied by a copy of your official identification document, to the email address: support@airligo.ad. You also have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
